Processing Time

All of our items are handmade with care.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
